Prepare a passport-size photo and a matching print sheet
Use a portrait you already have to create a measured photo crop and arrange copies on a printable sheet. This tool provides common size presets, custom millimetre dimensions, positioning controls and 300 or 600 DPI output. It is useful for application photographs, identification cards and other small portrait prints.
Position the crop before exporting
Choose your photo and select the required dimensions. Drag the picture inside the preview to move it, then use Zoom to refine the framing. The guides help you judge the centre line and approximate face position; they are never included in the downloaded photograph. Reset crop returns to the initial centred view. Start with a sharp, evenly lit original and avoid stretching a small thumbnail into a larger image.
Make several copies on one sheet
Choose 4 × 6 inch paper, A4 or US Letter and set the gap between photos. The generator calculates how many whole copies fit inside the printable area. Cut guides can be included on the sheet without marking the individual photo. The JPG downloads contain print-density information matching the selected DPI. If you prefer a PDF, choose Print / Save PDF and select your browser’s PDF destination.
Print at the intended physical size
Select the same paper size in your printer settings and print at Actual size or 100%. Scaling to fit a page changes the dimensions of every photograph. Turn off browser headers and footers, and make one test print before producing a full set. Printer margins vary, so the layout leaves space around the sheet rather than placing pictures directly against its edges.
Does this guarantee acceptance?
No. A correctly sized crop is only one part of an application photo. Background, lighting, pose, head size, recency and other requirements depend on the receiving organisation. Confirm its current instructions before submitting. The tool does not assess eligibility or certify a photograph.
Prepare the background before cropping
If you need a plain background first, prepare a copy with the image background remover, then return here to crop and arrange it.
