Turn a screenshot into a polished visual
Add a considered background, consistent spacing, rounded edges and a soft shadow to an ordinary screenshot. Use the result in a tutorial, presentation, product update or social post. This screenshot beautifier works with images you provide, so you can frame an interface without giving a website access to your account or the page being shown.
Choose a frame that suits the content
The browser frame adds a simple address-bar-style title area. The desktop frame uses compact window controls, while No frame keeps the uploaded image alone. Window titles are visual labels: entering an address does not open or fetch that website. Avoid implying that a mockup is a live browser capture when it has been edited or rearranged.
Balance padding, shape and contrast
Use a gradient for a presentation graphic or a solid colour for a quieter document illustration. Padding gives the interface space to breathe. A square or widescreen canvas can help fit a target layout; the screenshot stays proportional and is fitted inside the available area. Increase corner radius and shadow gently so small interface text remains the focus.
Download the right image
PNG preserves sharp interface details and is a good default for tutorials and technical documentation. JPG can produce a smaller finished graphic when a solid background is appropriate. Export at 1× or 2×; the tool checks the final canvas size before allocating a large image. A larger export contains more pixels but cannot recover detail absent from a low-resolution source.
Check the screenshot before sharing
Look for personal details, tokens, email addresses, account numbers and unrelated browser tabs in the source. A decorative frame does not remove information inside the picture. Prepare a redacted or cropped copy before uploading when needed. Compare the finished graphic at the size viewers will actually see, especially when labels or code need to remain readable.
Supported images and further edits
Supported inputs are JPG, PNG and WebP. You can try every control with the sample before choosing your own image. For more extensive edits, start with the image editor; use the metadata remover when hidden image details also need attention.
